Ardent Natural Gas, LLC - Logo re-Design

What I really love about the Ardent design was how clean, fresh and simple it felt.  The client had a clear vision of what was desired and the re-design process was a snap!  To clarify, this logo is a re-design of an older logo.  I wanted to give the client a choice between a 3-dimensional logo that looks as though the viewer could reach out and touch it, and a flat 2-d design that would work better for letterhead, stamping, etc.  I changed the colors but stayed in the blue color spectrum.  I changed the curves and feel of the flame to something that seemed more random or natural.  The result is a very trustworthy, classy logo that draws the viewer into the now with natural gas.

Three Muses

Three Muses is an exploration into modern culture, my own fusion of cultures into my own existence using the idea of the nursery rhyme and how we want to warn children of the dangers lurking around them but through a means which they can relate, the illustration or cartoon, and the rhyme.  These illustrations portray cultures which have influenced me or are part of my background.  I plan to continue illustrations of this nature to explore modern culture, beliefs and current affairs.

Biblical Interpretations

I recently started a series of illustrations entitled Biblical Interpretations.  These pieces are about exploring the Biblical subject matter in unconventional ways using modern technology.  I will be continuing the work in the series and adding more to the blog concerning this.  These are the first 3 works:
